Where minimum viable products are shipped as infallible commodities, without forethought of their necessity, or ramifications on society. Just as settlers in early America believed that expansionism was justified and inevitable; Silicon Valley views its advancement through a lens of optimistic destiny. Products are packaged to consumers with a perceived moral high ground. To not buy in, is to not share in the collective progress. In this scenario groupthink will always outweigh critical reflection; After all, who wouldn't want to change the world.
